What kind of transportation is available at Polo Towers?
Our 24 hour bell desk staff is here to assist you with any transportation needs including taxi and shuttle services to the airport and courtesy shuttles to various points of interest. Visit the bell desk for a current schedule.
Does Polo Towers have room service?
Polo Towers does not have room service available; however there are many restaurants in close proximity to Polo Towers. We do also provide a menu for Order Inn, a local restaurant that provides delivery.
Is there a safe deposit available on property?
All Polo Towers closets are equipped with a complimentary in-room safe. The directions are on the outside of the safe, but if you need any assistance, please don’t hesitate to call the operator.
If I lost an item or left it in a guest room, where can I go or who can I call to find it?
The Security Department has the main lost and found responsibility at Polo Towers.
Where can I park at Polo Towers?
Polo Towers offers complimentary valet service or you may self-park in our underground parking garage or open lot north of the resort once obtaining your parking permit pass from the Front Desk upon check-in. There is no oversized parking available.
Are pets allowed at Polo Towers?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Polo Towers. The only exception to this would be service animals with documentation.
Does Polo Towers have a grocery store on property?
The Logo Shop and Mini Mart is similar to a mini grocery / convenience store. It is located just west of the lobby on the main floor of Polo Towers. The store hours are currently 6:00am to 11:00pm Monday through Wednesday and 6:00am to 12:00am Thursday through Sunday.
Do you have laundry facilities at Polo Towers?
Yes, complimentary washers and dryers are located on Floors 3, 6, 9, 12, 16 and 17 of Tower I and on Floors 2, 5, 8, 11 and 15 of Tower III.
Do you have a fitness center?
Polo Towers has a state-of-the-art fitness center open Monday through Saturday from 7:00am to 7:00pm and Sunday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. All users of the fitness center must be at least 18 years of age.
Does Polo Towers have internet service in the room?
We have wireless internet connectivity available in all rooms at daily and weekly rates as well as a business center located in the Tower 3/Villas lobby level with complimentary internet access.
Is Polo Towers a casino?
No. But we are located in the heart of the Las Vegas strip only steps away from some of the world’s most famous casinos.
Can we rent wheelchairs, cars, or limousines?
Please call or stop by the bell desk and they can assist you with any of your rental needs.
Do you have a pool? Is it indoor or outdoor? What are the hours?
Polo Towers has two outdoor pool areas. The rooftop pool and spa is open to all ages from 6:00am to 5:00pm and to adults only (13 years and older) from 5:00pm to 10:00pm. The family water park hours are 9:00am-10:00pm. An adult must accompany children under 13 years old. Both pool areas are subject to closure due to seasonal weather conditions. |
