| Utilities: There is a charge for the amount of electricity used in your accommodation. A meter reading will be taken at the end of your stay to calculate the amount. The cost is €0.12 per unit. Please note that the air conditioning and heating systems will increase your electricity cost. You may request to check your electricity meter on arrival or at any time during your stay. |

| At check In: Please provide your confirmation letter, picture identification and/or passport as required. All guests must present their passport as a police form needs to be completed. We will require a major credit card imprint upon your arrival as a security deposit. Please note that we have a porter service available on check-in day. |
| Prior to check In: Please help us to make your check in as efficient as possible by advising us in advance of your flight details and arrival time. We would appreciate it if you contact us regarding any special request or need that you might have in order to help us to provide a most enjoyable holiday. Although requests cannot be guaranteed, we will do our utmost to meet your needs. Beach towels can be purchased or rented at the resort. If you’re celebrating a special event or simply want to treat or surprise someone, a wide selection of celebration packages and individual treats are available.
We can arrange for transfers from the airport starting at €27 for a party of 2. We will book the transport for you if you provide us with your flight details and number in party.
