At check In: Please provide your confirmation letter, picture identification and/or passport as required as well as your car's registration number. We will require a major credit card imprint upon your arrival as a security deposit.

Prior to check In: Please call if you have any special request. Requests will be met where possible but are not guaranteed. Pets are allowed (additional charge). In accordance with Austrian regulations, no additional guests are permitted in any accommodation, including infants. In case you have booked more than 1 accommodation for the same arrival date, please inform us prior to arrival about the main guest name and full address for each accommodation. This name will also be used for the credit card deposit details. Accommodation towels must not be used in the pool and wellness area, therefore pool towels may be rented for the term of your stay from the reception - Euro 20 per towel per week will be charged and Euro 16 given back upon return of towel - or you simply bring your own swimming and sauna towels with you. End of May until 26 October Summercard - only available for hotels who are members of the summercard. Alpine Club is NOT a partner of the summer card. The summer card can not be bought individual.

Can I check in before 16:00?
Sometimes it is possible, but we cannot guarantee your room will be ready before this time. Your luggage can be stored in the luggage room near to reception but we accept no responsibility for the loss of any luggage or personal items left in the luggage room.

Do you have wirless internet access?
Yes, wireles internet access is available for €15.00 per week using your own laptop.

Is smoking allowed in the resort?
There are no designated non-smoking units at the resort. A smoke free unit is therefore not guaranteed.

Are credit cards accepted in Schladming?
Generally no. You will need to pay for most things using cash.

What is a Vignette?
To drive on Austrian motorways you need to display a Vignette sticker on your car. This Vignette can be purchaed from all petrol stations. You are liable to be heavily fined if stopped without a Vignette. Please check whether this is included with your hire car.
