At Your Service (optional): For (GBP 15; 18 Euro) you can order a food delivery consisting of a loaf of bread, 6 eggs, 1 jar of jam, 1 litre of orange juice, 1 pack of cereals, 1.5 litre of water, 1 litre of milk and 1 butter or margarine. This will be awaiting your arrival.

At check In: Please provide your confirmation letter, picture identification and/or passport as required. We will require a major credit card imprint upon your arrival as a security deposit and for your convenience of any incidentals. The main front desk reception is located in the mansion house. You can only access the house through an electronic security gate. Please press the buzzer and state your name. The Mansion House units are not operated by Diamond therefore some standards and services may vary. Please contact the resort for more information. Please note there is no housekeeping service throughout the week for guests staying in the Mansion House. These units are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the Mansion house and there is no lift available. Please note, these units do not have kitchens

Number of floors: The Mansion House is over three floors, the main front desk reception is located on the ground floor, with the accommodation set over the first and second floors. It is important to remind those staying in the Mansion House that it is not suitable for those with walking difficulties as there are a large number of stairs and no lift on site. The rooms to the mansion house do not have kitchens and there is no midweek housekeeping services

Highlights: This accommodation is not suitable for people with walking difficulties as there is no lift and the accommodation is situated on the upper levels of the Mansion House. These units have no kitchen facilities, they only feature a kettle, toaster and microwave to carry out very basic catering functions. The mansion house rooms are managed by an independant company Broome Park owners Club and therefore some standards will vary from Diamond managed accommodation. Please also note that there will be no midweek housekeeping service during your stay when staying in the Mansion house. Please note we do have outside functions held on the site and therefore sometimes distruption is unavoidable.
