	At Your Service (optional): For (GBP 15; 18 Euro) you can order a food delivery consisting of a loaf of bread, 6 eggs, 1 jar of jam, 1 litre of orange juice, 1 pack of cereals, 1.5 litre of water, 1 litre of milk and 1 butter or margarine. This will be awaiting your arrival.

You Need To Know
	At check In: Please provide your confirmation letter, picture identification and/or passport as required. All guests must present their passport, as a police form needs to be completed. We will require a major credit card imprint upon your arrival as a security deposit. Please note that we have a porter service available on check-in day during high season.
	Prior to check In: Please help us to make your check in as efficient as possible by advising us in advance of your flight details and arrival time. We would appreciate it if you contact us regarding any special request or need that you might have in order to help us to provide a most enjoyable holiday. Although requests cannot be guaranteed, we will do our utmost to meet your needs. If you’re celebrating a special event or simply want to treat or surprise someone, a wide selection of celebration packages and individual treats are found in our main web page. There is WIFI coverage and also an internet kiosk for your convenience at reception. The use of a car is highly recommended at any time but it is essential in mid and low season. During the low season the public transport is limited and the nearest supermarket is 4KM away, so you might consider reserving a food pack beforehand.

Are pets allowed?
No we do not allow pets at Cala de Mar.

Are airport transfers available?
Most of our guests usually arrive by taxi or private hire car from the airport; however we would be very happy to provide you with prices for a private minibus transfer upon request. Simply contact our Reception for details.

How far is the beach from the resort?
There are 2 beautiful sandy coves within walking distance from Cala de Mar, one is "Es forti" and the second one is "Cala Egos."

Can you confirm what accommodation I will be staying in before I arrive?
We recommend that you contact reception in advance should you have a specific request. We will always do our best to meet your requests, although these cannot be guaranteed.

Is reception open 24 hours?
Reception is open 24 hours but only during the season, March-October, out of season please contact us to confirm our opening times.

What is Mallorca like in the Autumn and Winter?
Mallorca is a beautiful island with a temperate climate which can be enjoyed all year round. Aside from its spectacular coast line, it has loads of hidden charms that you can only enjoy if you get about and explore. Please bear in mind that the official holiday season is from March until the end of October, and outside of these months many of the tourist establishements such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets in the coastal areas like Cala d'Or will close, so for this reason we strongly recommend car hire.

Is there an internet connection available?
You will find an internet kiosk as well as Wi-Fi connection in our reception and bar area.

Where is the nearest supermarket?
During the season (From March until end of October) the nearest supermarket is 50metres distanced, during low season (from November until the end of February) the closest open supermarket is in the centre of Cala d'Or town, 45 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive.

Does the resort provide cots or high chairs?
Should you need a cot or highchair, please let the resort know prior to arrival. We will arrange for them to be placed in the accommodation before occupying the unit. There is no charge for this service.

Does the resort provide beach towels?
Yes, you can either purchase or hire a beach towel from reception.

How far are the nearest restaurants and bars?
Apart from Cala de Mar's Bar and restaurant on-site, there is a large selection of restaurants to suit all tastes in the Cala d'Or area. Please note that most of them are open during high season only. Reception will be happy to give you more information.
