Driving: Driving: Take I-95 south to New Smyrna Beach and take exit 249A (State road 44 east). Continue east on S.R. 44 for approximately five miles. Follow the sign that reads 'To Beaches'. Cross over the South Causeway Bridge on to A1A. After crossing both bridges make a left at the 3rd light (3rd ave) then make a left at the stop sign. Check in is on the right. The resort sign says FISHTAIL PALM.

Directions to Resort: Take I-95 south to exit 249A SR44 east toward New Smyrna Beach Follow 44 E going over US 1, then over the river After the bridge over the river make a left at the 3rd traffic light (3rd ave.) Make a Left at the stop sign (Atlantic Ave.) The resort check-in is on the right, sign says Fishtail Palm.

Take the SR-528-TOLL E exit- EXIT 1A- toward COCOA / KENNEDY SPACE CENTER Merge onto FL-528 E (Portions toll). Merge onto FL-407 / CHALLENGER MEMORIAL PKWY via the exit on the LEFT toward NASA KENNEDY SPACE CENTER / I-95 N / TITUSVILLE Merge onto I-95 N toward TITUSVILLE. Take the SR-44 exit- EXIT 249- toward DELAND / NEW SMYRNA BEACH. Merge onto FL-44 E toward NEW SMYRNA BCH.. FL-44 E becomes FL-A1A S. After going over US 1 and the river bridges make a left at the 3rd light then a left at the stop sign Resort check-in is on the right. Sign says FISHTAIL.
