At Your Service (optional): For (GBP 15; 18 Euro) you can order a food delivery consisting of a loaf of bread, 6 eggs, 1 jar of jam, 1 litre of orange juice, 1 pack of cereals, 1.5 litre of water, 1 litre of milk and 1 butter or margarine. This will be awaiting your arrival.

At check In: Please provide your confirmation letter, picture identification and/or passport as required. All guests must present their passport as a police form needs to be completed. We will require a major credit card imprint upon your arrival as a security deposit. Please note that we have a porter service available on Saturday. Everyone in your party will be asked for their passport.

Prior to check In: Please help us to make your check in as efficient as possible by advising us in advance of your flight details and arrival time. We would appreciate it if you could contact us regarding any special request or need that you might have in order to help us to make your holiday more enjoyable. Although requests cannot be guaranteed, we will do our utmost to meet your needs. Beach towels can be purchased or rented at the resort. If you’re celebrating a special event or simply want to treat or surprise someone, a wide selection of Celebration Packages and individual treats are available. The supermarket does not always open on a Sunday so you muight consider reserving a food pack beforehand. The use of a car is highly recommended as the public bus service is limited and does not stop near the resort.

Highlights: Garden Lago is a compact resort with the majority of apartments surrounding the swimming pool. The pool itself provides lots of fun for children. The resort common areas and exteriors have been adapted with ramps and handrails. There is 1 adapted apartment but wheelchair users have also said that the ground floor apartments are quite spacious.
Frequently Asked Questions
How far are the bars and restaurants from the resort?
Our on site Lakeside Restaurant is open all year round. There is a selection of restaurants and bars open nearby in summertime but in low season the immediate area closes down and you will have to go a bit further afield to the port area or old town. Reception will be happy to recommend one to suit your requirements.

What's the weather like in low season?
Be prepared for gloriously sunny days or cold, wind and rain. Bring warm clothing and basically be prepared for anything that you might expect in the U.K. but with slightly warmer temperatures.

Is this resort really disabled friendly?
Many guests have commented that it's ideal for people with mobility difficulties. At present we have 1 adapted unit but most are easily accessible for wheelchairs. Please contact the resort for further information.

How far is the resort from the beach?
The nearest beach is about a 20/25 minute walk away from the resort. If you don't want to walk reception can order taxis. There are 2 taxi ranks at the beach area.

Do you always have activities for children?
We have some activities permanently on our programme, the number of which is increased during the school holidays. When there are only a few children visiting us, we will gladly try to organise activities to suit their needs. The minimum age is 4. We have no supervised activities in January.

Where is the nearest supermarket?
It's about a 4 minute walk, around the corner and is open until quite late (at least 8pm) everyday except on Sundays. In summertime it opens on Sunday mornings but this is not guaranteed in low season.
