Moorish-inspired architecture is not the only distinctive feature of Sahara Sunset. This year-round resort is built around a large and beautifully landscaped pool with a bridge spanning over to its own island.

Alternate Directions If you prefer to take the train, there is a stop at Malaga airport that can take you to the nearby village called Arroyo De La Miel. There is a 30 minute service that runs from 07.34 hours until 23.03 hours weekdays at a cost of 1.35 Euros for a one way ticket. At weekends and bank holidays there is also a 30 minute service from 05.34 hours until 23.03 hours. the price for a one way ticket is 1.40 Euros.
On arrival to the Arroyo De La Miel train station, taxis are available to bring you to the resort, the price for this short journey is approximately 6 Euros.
Driving: From the airport, take the coastal road in the direction of Torremolinos/Fuengirola(N340) and head towards Benalmadena Costa. DO NOT take the E15/N340 bypass road which branches off after 4 kilometres. Once in Benalmadena Costa go straight ahead at the first roundabout, after which you will pass the Hotel Triton, which is situated to your left. Carry on past the windmill roundabout. After you will see a small brown castle(castillo bil bil) situated on your left. When you see this, turn right onto Avenida Rocio Jurado. Sahara Sunset is on the left. The average journey time should be between 20 to 25 minutes, depending on the traffic.
