Horseback riding, boating, sailing, fishing, and water skiing are all within minutes of Alhambra. With all the warmth and comforts of home, each unit features a large two-bedroom plan that offers comfort and space for six. At the same time, the unique ‘lock-out’ capability provides separate entrances for both the master and guest suites, providing privacy and convenience.

All have ample seating and tables for entertainment, dining and relaxation. All linens are included, and one and two bedroom units are washer and dryer equipped. At Alhambra Villas, there is a memorable vacation experience just waiting for everyone.

As of June 10, 2021, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) requires all international air passengers ages 2 and up, including fully vaccinated travelers, to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test before boarding a plane to the Unites States that is collected no more than 3 days before their flight's departure or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 in the past 3 months. The documentation must come from a licensed health care provider or public health official, stating that the passenger has been cleared for travel. You Need To Know
Prior to checking in:

- The front desk is open from 7:00am-10:00pm. If you will arrive after 10:00pm, please notify the resort 24 hours in advance of your arrival so you can be provided with after-hour check-in instructions.
- Smoking Policy: All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.
- Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.
- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.
- Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.
- From February 25, 2021, a handling fee will be charged to guests who receive packages sent to them at the resort. For a list of fees please contact the resort at (407) 933-0700.

When checking in:

Hotel Guests and Exchange Reservations:

- At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A credit card for a $200 security deposit and a daily $6.95 plus tax resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit).
- Resort Fee includes Wi-Fi, local calls and in-room safe.
- Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.

Owner Weeks and Member Points Booking:

At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A credit card will also be required as a security deposit (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). Resort fees* will be waived when staying on your owner week or member point reservations. A resort fee of $6.95 plus tax per night will be added to the reservation if the owner or member of THE Club® is checking in on a rental reservation. Please Note: Owners reserving more than one reservation during their points usage term, will incur a housekeeping fee beginning with the second reservation. *Fee varies based upon the suite type.
