Smart AlertAlert for Air Passengers Traveling to the United States

As of November 8, non-U.S. citizens who are not immigrants to the United States are required to be fully vaccinated and provide proof of their vaccination status to fly to the United States. Exceptions to this vaccination requirement for certain non-U.S. citizens who are not immigrants are limited, including children under the age of 18. Fully vaccinated air passengers, regardless of citizenship, continue to be required to show a negative pre-departure COVID-19 test taken no more than three days before they board their flight to the United States. Passengers who are not fully vaccinated are required to obtain a negative COVID-19 test that has been taken no more than one day before boarding their flight to the United States. You Need To Know
Prior to checking in:

- Smoking Policy: All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.
- Additional parking (self-park) based on availability. $15 per vehicle per night for hotel guests, marketing and exchange. $7 per vehicle per night for owners, club, DEX and sampler.
- Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.

When checking in:

Hotel Guests and Exchange Reservations:

- At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A credit card for a $200 security deposit and a daily $14.95 plus tax resort fee* will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). The minimum age required to check-in is 21 years old.
- Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.

Owner Weeks and Member Points Booking:

- At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A credit card will also be required as a security deposit (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). Resort fees* will be waived when staying on your owner week or member point reservations. A resort fee of $14.95 plus tax per night will be added to the reservation if the owner or member of THE Club® is checking in on a rental reservation. Daily Cleans can be scheduled at an additional cost.
- The resort fee* includes activities, beach access, business center access, DVD player access, fitness center access, on-site laundry access, local/toll-free calls, pool access, self-parking (one vehicle per reservation), shuffleboard access, tennis court and equipment access and Wi-Fi.
