Directions to resort: From McCarran International Airport: Take I-215 west to Decatur Boulevard then go north (right) at Decatur Boulevard. The resort is on the west (left) side of Decatur, just past Hacienda.
From December 3rd through January 14th, a section of the pool area will be closed for renovations. During this time, at least one pool will be open during regular operating hours. Some construction noise may be heard during the day. Once completed, we will no longer have the kiddie splash pad but instead, the pool area will include a BBQ grilling and picnic area near the family pool.
Prior to checking in: Please call resort at 702.579.3600 should you have any special needs. Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for room location and early arrivals but these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location. Minimum age requirement for check in is 21 years of age. Pets are not permitted at this resort (strictly enforced) with the exception of Service Animals (i.e. Seeing Eye Dog).
When checking in: - A photo identification and a major credit card for a deposit of $100 is required (no cash will be accepted) for all reservation types. Please note all exchange and hotel guest (including owner and member rental) reservations will include a nightly $17.00 + tax resort fee. The resort fee is complimentary for all owner weeks and member point bookings. This fee will cover your access to Wi-Fi and resort amenities (pool and hot tub, gaming room, BBQ area, business center services, fitness center, local/toll free phone calls), and complimentary shuttle service to the Las Vegas Strip.
- Owner Weeks and Member Points Booking: Photo Identification and credit card for security deposit will need to be provided at check-in. Resort fees* will be waived when staying on your owner week or member point reservations. A resort fee of $17.00 plus tax per night will be added to the reservation if the owner or member of THE Club® is checking in on a rental reservation.
