Distance to Resort: 14 km

Directions to resort: Head east on Grant McConachie Way across Arthur Laing Bridge. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Granville Street E/City Centre/Centre-ville/BC-99 N and merge onto SW Marine Dr/BC-99 Continue on BC-99 North to Granville St/Granville Bridge for 7km. Turn left on Helmcken St. Turn right on Hornby St. Destination is on your left, including access to underground parking.

Taxi fare (one way): Taxis are available from the Airport for a flat fee of $31.00 CAD (including tax but no tip). There is also the Canada Line Sky Train departing every 7 minutes during peak times at a low cost $9 on week days and $7.75 on week-ends from YVR to downtown Vancouver. And $4 on week days and $2.75 on week-ends for trips returning to YVR. The Canada Line's closest station is on Granville Street between Georgia and Robson around 4 blocks from the Wall Centre, about a 10-minute walk. Taxis are often on hand from Granville Station and will cost under $10 to the Wall Centre should your luggage prevent you from walking.

Excursions - Bentley Tours (www.bentleytours.ca) is a luxury Vancouver to Whistler sightseeing transportation company offering daily trips from downtown Vancouver, leaving at 8:30 am with the return trip leaving Whistler at 5 pm. The three hour trip includes eight scenic stops and a narrated tour, and includes hotel pick up and drop off either the same day, or, if you choose to spend a night or more in Whistler, pickup on a different day at no additional cost. ADULTS (19+ yrs.) $63.50 each way, YOUTH (13-18 yrs.) $37.50 each way, CHILD (4-12 yrs.) $12.50 each way, INFANTS (0-3 yrs.) are free. You Need To Know

Discounted parking rates are available to Members at $21 for self-parking and $23.10 for valet parking plus taxes. Should you wish to self-park, please access the Wall Centre’s Parkade from Hornby St (half way between Helmcken & Nelson) and follow the signs for the North Tower which will bring you up the correct parking elevator to the Lobby Level for check-in at the Sheraton’s Front Desk. Please note, Bell Carts are not available to borrow. If you require assistance with baggage, please Valet Park at the South Tower Entrance.

Day Use
Facilities are available for day use purchase. If you are not staying at the resort, but are interested in using the facilities, please contact Reception the morning of the day you would like to request use. If available and after paying the current day use fee, you and up to five others may take advantage of the common area facilities for the day. Reception will provide you with the current day use fee. Day use is subject to availability and based upon management's discretion.

Drone Rules
As per Transport Canada and FAA regulations, and to protect the safety and privacy of our members, owners, guests and team members, the operation of unmanned aerial systems and/or drones is prohibited by the general public, including recreational users and hobbyists. These devices may not be launched or operated from any Embarc property. If launched from outside of the resort property, the devices are prohibited from flying over and/or into the resort property boundaries.

Transport Canada Regulations:
Drones are prohibited from flying closer than 30 meters from people, animals, buildings, structures, or vehicles if they weigh over 250g up to 1kg and 76 meters if they weigh over 1kg up to 35kg.

FAA Regulations:
Any authorized operation of drones must be in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) rules and regulations, local law enforcement, and US Forest Service rules, as well as those policies separately established by the Resort. These authorizations, regulations and rules generally require an application to the FAA, certification, training, various restrictions, safety and national security clearances, and a specific limited purpose, as well as insurance coverage, indemnification requirements, and waivers and releases of liability.
