General

Driving: From West (I-4 Tampa Area): Take I-4 East toward Orlando. Take exit 55 to merge onto US-27 North. Merge onto FL-530 East / US-192 East via the ramp to Disney World/Kissimmee. Turn left onto Bali Blvd. Resort will be on the left.

From East (Daytona Beach Area): Take I-4 West toward Tampa. Take exit 64 to merge onto FL-530 / US-192 West / West Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy toward Magic Kingdom. Turn right onto Bali Blvd. Resort will be on your left.

From the South (Miami Area): Take I-95 North. Take exit 12A on the left for Florida 826 West / Florida's Turnpike. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Turnpike and merge onto FL-91 North / Florida's Turnpike (toll road). Take exit 249 for Osceola Pkwy (partial toll road). Turn left onto East Osceola Pkwy. Turn left onto Seralago Blvd. Take the 1st right onto FL-520 West / US-192 West / West Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. Turn right onto Bali Blvd. Resort will be on the left.

From the North I-75: Take I-75 South. Slight left onto FL-91 South (signs for Orlando/Turnpike South) (partial toll road). Take exit 289 to merge onto US-27 South toward FL-19 / Tavares / Clermont (partial toll road). Slight right to merge onto FL-530 / US-192 East toward Disney World / Kissimmee. Turn left onto Bali Blvd. Resort will be on the left.

As of November 8, non-U.S. citizens who are not immigrants to the United States are required to be fully vaccinated and provide proof of their vaccination status to fly to the United States. Fully vaccinated air passengers, regardless of citizenship, continue to be required to show a negative pre-departure COVID-19 test taken no more than three days before they board their flight to the United States. You Need To Know
Prior to checking in:


1. Smoking Policy: All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.g
2. Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.
3. Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.
4. Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.
5. A guest may ship packages for arrival 3-5 days prior to check-in. The packages must specifically include the name of the registered guest and the check-in date.
- The 1st package 5 lbs. and under will be free of charge any additional packages under 5 lbs. will be $5 per package
- Packages from 6 to 20 lbs. will be charged $10 per package.
- Packages from 21 to 100 lbs. will be charged $30 per package.
- Anything above 100 lbs. will be charged $.50 per pound.
- Any pallets will be charged $400 per pallet.

Hotel Guests and Exchange Reservations:

- At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A credit card for a $300 security deposit and a daily $19.95 plus tax resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit).
- Resort Fee includes activities, arcade/game room, BBQ grill(s), basketball court access, board game rentals, business center, DVD rentals, fishing rentals ($5.00 additional fee), fitness center, hot tub access, kayak rentals, in-room laundry, local/toll-free calls, miniature golf rentals, playground access, pool access, self-parking, shuffleboard rentals, tennis court access, volleyball court access, waterpark access, Wi-Fi and shuttle service to theme park.
- Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.

Owner Weeks and Member Points Booking:

- At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A credit card will also be required as a security deposit (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). Resort fees* will be waived when staying on your owner week or member point reservations.
- A resort fee of $19.95 plus tax per night will be added to the reservation if the owner or member of THE Club® is checking in on a rental reservation.
