Driving: Hot Springs Village is 26,000 acres and is the largest guarded, gated private community in the United States offering both scenery and additional security for you and your family. Check-in is handled on-site at the resort at the new Clubhouse next to Unit 76. It is best to enter the Village from the main entrance located off Highway 7 North near the town of Jessieville. Turn onto Desoto Boulevard and travel in the left lane to the Security Gate and they will verify your reservation in the computer (must be the exact name on your confirmation) and they will provide you with a dashboard pass for your vehicle which must be displayed at all times. You will also be provided a double-sided map of the Village with the resort on the back.
From the security gate, you will travel approximately 2 miles, past a 4-way stop and then turn left into Los Lagos Resort. Proceed into the property past an empty Guard Station and follow the signage to the new Clubhouse Check-In office next to Unit 76. The address of the resort is #1 Los Lagos Boulevard, Hot Springs Village, AR 71909. The office number is 1.501.915.9062 and there is an emergency pager number of 1.501.828.0090 once on-site.
On the day of your arrival, please call the resort to obtain any late arrival instructions for the resort, just to be safe. (All calls are returned as promptly as possible.) Weekend check-in times are from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. Arrivals after 6:00 p.m. on weekends or after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays will need a 4-digit and letter security code to obtain your packet from a secure lockbox outside of the entrance to the Check-in office. This lockbox is one of the rock pillars out-side the front entrance to the Clubhouse. Please call ahead for holiday hours.
All guests are required to register with the Check-in office and provide credit card information. Therefore, your late arrival packets may only be keyed for one night until you are fully registered at the resort.
Directions from Little Rock, Arkansas - Take Interstate 30 west to Benton and take exit 117 to Highway 5 and travel (signage indicates south) for approximately 33 miles. You will pass TWO (2) gates into Hot Springs Village on your right but will not take either of them. Turn right onto Highway 7 (Fina & Phillips 66 gas stations are on the right) and travel north for approximately 8 miles. Turn right onto Desoto Blvd. at stop light. (Shopping centers are on both left and right of the entrance). Stay in left lane and proceed to the Security Gate and stop.
Directions from Texarkana, Arkansas - Take Interstate 30 east to Caddo Valley, Arkansas and take exit 78. Turn left onto Highway 7 North and travel approximately 50 miles to Hot Springs Village. (You will drive through downtown Hot Springs). Watch for a left turn to remain on Highway 7 North by Fina and Phillips 66 gas stations on the left). Proceed 8 more miles to Hot Springs Village. Turn right onto Desoto Blvd at stop light. (Shopping Centers on both left and right of the entrance). Stay in left lane and proceed to the Security Gate and stop.
Directions from Oklahoma or North Arkansas - Take Interstate 40 east to Russellville and take exit 81 and travel south on Highway 7 approximately 52 miles. After the town of Jessieville, prepare to turn left onto Desoto Blvd at stop light. Shopping centers on both left and right of the entrance. Stay in left lane and proceed to the Security Gate and stop.

|You Need To Know|
Prior to checking in:
- Resort requires a minimum 7-night stay.
- PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED. Any pet found in any unit will result in a $500 cleaning and extermination fee and forfeiture of the unit.
- Limit of two spaces per unit. No R.V., boat, or trailer parking allowed on property.
- No Smoking: A $500 unit recovery fee will be charged for smoking inside your unit. Smoking is permitted on balconies when doors are closed.
- Key & Pool Pass Policy: There is a $10 charge for each Unit Key and/or Pool Pass not returned at check-out.
