Pool Towel Desk
Effective March 1, 2019, Palm Canyon Resort & Spa will be removing the pool towels from the activity desk. We strongly advise all members utilizing the Day Use benefit to bring your own pool towels. You may purchase a decorative souvenir pool towels from the activity desk. In addition, pool floats will be limited to an individual rectangular body float not to exceed overall dimensions of 70” X 25” X 6” or a circular tube not to exceed 50” diameter X 12” high.
Restroom Closure Notice
The pool restrooms will be closed for renovation beginning May 23, 2019 through June 28, 2019. Guests will be provided an alternative restroom location near the swimming pool. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to make improvements throughout our resort.

Member Day-use reservations will not be honored at the Palm Canyon Resort and Spa from May 23, 2019-September 2, 2019, due to high occupancy. If you have any questions or would like to book your Day-Use reservation outside of this time period, please contact the Member Reservations department. Please note: all Day-Use reservations must be booked in advance, we will not honor walk ins!

- Only one vehicle per accommodation may be parked on property. Additional vehicles must park off-site. Parking garages have a maximum height of 6 feet. All SUVs, vans and high profile vehicles are required to use perimeter parking.

When checking in: - Hotel Guests and Exchange Reservation: A photo identification, credit card for $100 security deposit and a nightly $29.95 plus tax resort fee will be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit).
- Resort Fee includes access to underground parking (on availability), pools, sauna and waterslides, fitness center, sport court, business center computer/internet and boarding pass printing.
- Owner Weeks and Member Points Booking: Photo identification and a form of payment will need to be provided at check-in. Resort fees* will be waived when staying on your owner week or member point reservations.
- A resort fee of $29.95 plus tax per night will be added to the reservation if the owner or member of THE Club® is checking in on a rental reservation.
