Valet Parking is limited to one vehicle per room. Additional self parking is available as needed. Parking passes are limited to two vehicles per one bedroom and one vehicle per studio.

Prior to checking in: - Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.
- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.
- Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals.
*All accommodations are non-smoking, although smoking is allowed on the balconies of rooms located on floors 6, 9 and 12 only. Smoking in a non-smoking room will result in a fee as determined by the resort management.
Please be advised that Polo Towers Suites will no longer be offering daily room cleans, however mid week cleans will be provided. The fitness center is complimentary for all guests. We currently have ice machines on the 18th floor in tower one and floors 2, 5, 8, 11, 15 and 21 in tower three.
When checking in: - Hotel Guests and Exchange Reservation: A photo identification, credit card for $100 security deposit and a daily $25.00 plus tax resort fee will be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit).
Resort Fee includes WiFi, rooftop pool and hot tub, children's splash pad, BBQ grills, fitness center, laundry facilities, free local calls, business center computer/internet and boarding pass printing.
- Owner Weeks and Member Points Booking: Photo identification and a form of payment will need to be provided at check-in. Resort fees* will be waived when staying on your owner week or member point reservations.
A resort fee of $25.00 plus tax per night will be added to the reservation if the owner or member of THE Club® is checking in on a rental reservation. Polo Towers offers several additional in-room amenities to improve your vacation experience.
