Directions to Resort: From Reno-Tahoe International Airport, head east. Take the 1st left toward East Plumb Lane. Turn right onto East Plumb Lane. Turn left at Matley Lane. Turn right to merge onto I-580 S. Stay on I-580 S for 24.6 miles to exit 43. Take exit 43 for U.S. 395 Business/North Carson Street. Merge onto N. Carson St. Turn right onto US-50 W (entering California). Turn left onto Pioneer Trail. Turn left onto Keller Road. Turn left onto Saddle Road. The resort will be on the left.

You Need To Know
Prior to checking in:

- Smoking Policy: All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.
- Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.
- Valet parking only offered for vehicles under 6’5”. Street parking is very limited and unavailable during winter months. No oversized parking, trailer, campers, etc.

When checking in: At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A credit card for a $200 security deposit will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). There is an additional $11.95 (plus tax) per night resort fee.
