Distance to Resort: 25 km from resort (30 minute drive)
Directions to Resort: The resort does provide a pick-up and drop off service shuttle to and from the airport for a charge of 240 Rand (one way). Call the resort a week or so before arriving, ask for Guest Services, and advise them of your flight number and time of arrival.
Many UK flights arrive early in the morning, and the resort will try to accommodate guests arriving early, but depending on how busy the resort is, this cannot be guaranteed.

Prior to checking in: The resort is several stories high, two lifts provide access. Cape Town does not allow hailing taxis in the street. Always arrange for a taxi with the hotel or restaurant you are visiting. Late dinner dining is typical – European style, although early birds will have a good choice too. Advise your credit card company that you are travelling to South Africa and to expect transactions from this location – some credit card companies may block your card after the first transaction as a protection from fraud if you do not let them know. The weather is similar to the south of France – mild winters (never below zero during the day) and hot summers (Feb – March). |
