Sunset Bay Club May, 2018
I just thought I would say thank you to you and all your staff. Susan and I stayed at Sunset Bay for approx. 10 weeks. We had a lovely time and I wanted to drop a line to congratulate you on the quality of all your staff - Reception, Housekeeping, Porters and Maintenance. They are welcoming, helpful, and very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
Your staff on reception are excellent and always try their best to help people - in recent years I have spent a lot of time in reception using the WiFi before apartment WiFi! I have witnessed their customer service to other people and they are very customer focussed and always greet customers with a smile on their face, even when dealing with the "difficult people" they have to deal with from time to time.
I congratulate you on the improvements you have made at Sunset Bay this last 12 months; they have increased the quality of customer experience there as well as the infrastructure improvements.
In my opinion your staff make your resort excellent. They are a credit to Sunset Bay and a great asset to Diamond Resorts. For many years’ experience of visiting Sunset Bay I should like to say from myself and Susan, my children, and my friends - well done and thank you to all.
