Sister Hazel Brings Southern Rock to Branson, Mo.

Sister Hazel

Some bands come and go like seasons, but Sister Hazel is here to stay.

And we’re loving fall concerts with the famed rockers. Sister Hazel band members Ken Block and Drew Copeland performed an unforgettable private concert for Diamond Resorts members on October 8, 2018 at Chateau on the Lake in Branson, Missouri.

It was a crisp, autumn night as the duo serenaded the group with their timeless hits, along with recent singles from their latest LP, “Water,” released in February 2018.

Known for their southern rock with a hint of folk, Sister Hazel’s music is bolstered by their rousing vocals. And with a story in each song, whether it’s smooth and slow or upbeat and fun, their music is heartening, evoking nostalgia for scenarios that you can relate to.

With this foundation, it was a unique experience as the two performed acoustic versions of their already passionate music in an exclusive, intimate setting.

“I just like the intimacy of it all,” one member said after the show. “The ability to kind of talk with the performers, learn their stories.”

And after seeing the band perform, members will have stories of their own to tell.

Having signed on as Diamond Celebrities back in May 2018, the two band members have been playing exclusive, private concerts for Diamond members throughout the year as part of the Diamond Live concert series.

And along with Sister Hazel shows, Diamond is expected to hold more than 100 Diamond Live events this year, with live comedy events and concerts by Diamond Celebrities such as Lee Ann Womack on November 19 in Las Vegas or Lauren Alaina in Orlando, Florida.

The Diamond Live events are typically only open to Diamond Resorts members and invited guests, but 11 lucky fans will have an opportunity to attend one of the experiences through Diamond’s All Access Pass Sweepstakes. The sweepstakes features monthly VIP vacation prizes and one ultimate vacation experience grand prize: a chance to mingle with celebrities and LPGA Tour champions at the 2020 Diamond Resorts Tournament of Champions Presented by Insurance Office of America.
