Prior to checking in: - The Front Desk and check-in area is located about 1.7 miles off-site at 3077 U.S. Highway 64 East, Suite A, Sapphire, North Carolina. The office is in a two-story, dark salmon building with beige doors on the north side of the road. - Hours of operations are daily from 7 am – 10pm. After-hours check in is available at the Blue Ridge Public Safety Office at 4352 U.S. Highway 64 East, Sapphire, North Carolina. For after-hours assistance you may contact Public Safety 24 hours/day at 1.828.743.2199. - Housekeeping services only for 8-night stays or longer. - Smoking Policy: All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites. - All activities and amenities are located off-site from the accommodations. - Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.
